Meter stamps may prepay reply postage on Express Mail; Priority Mail when the rate is the same for all zones; First-Class postcards, 信, and flats up to a maximum of 11 ounces; single-piece rate Special 标准邮件; and Library Mail, 在下列条件下:
- 邮戳金额必须足够预付全部邮资, 在下一个更高的整分金额, 或者以另一种标准允许的速率.
